Electrobites are a revolutionary way to feed electrolytes to your horse…in gummy form and on the go! They are designed for the equestrian that wants the most convenient and delicious way to administer electrolytes.
Electrolytes play a vital role in helping maintain the proper osmotic balance of fluid in and around cells, and are necessary for normal muscle contraction and relaxation. Without proper electrolyte balance and hydration, horses are at risk of fatigue and muscle cramping.
The major electrolytes in equine sweat are sodium, chloride and potassium (with smaller amounts of calcium and magnesium). Unlike human sweat, which is comprised mostly of water, horse sweat is hypertonic, which means it contains more mineral salts than water. The quantity of supplemental electrolytes needed depends on how much your horse sweats. When temperatures rise or your horse is training and competing, his or her need to replenish lost electrolytes increases.

DIRECTION FOR USE
Administer 4 Electrobites after strenuous activity when horse has been sweating or in other situations where replenishing lost minerals and electrolytes, or encouraging the horse to drink is desired. Fresh, clean water should always be available. May be fed in addition to a daily dose of Electrofresh. Store in a cool dry place (45°F-75°F) out of direct sunlight with lid closed.
Gummy color may naturally change over time. This does not affect the potency or efficacy of the product. Any clouding of clear bottle is normal. To maintain quality and potency, product is manufactured with higher active ingredient levels than indicated amount per serving.
