Return Policy

Consignment Items (2nd Round Equestrian):

For Consignment returns, please contact 2nd Round Equestrian within 5 days of the delivery date of your order.

Once the return is accepted, the item must be shipped back to 2nd Round at the client’s expense within 3-5 days. The item must be returned in the same condition the customer received the merchandise. All shipping charges are not refundable. If you received free shipping on your order and are return your item, our shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. If 2nd Round has not received the item within 14 days of being notified, 2nd Round reserves the right to refuse the return & consign the item instead.

If 2nd Round Equestrian is not notified of the return and the consignor has already been paid their commission, 2nd Round Equestrian reserves the right to refuse refunding the item(s). 2nd Round may offer to consign the item for you.

All items in our clearance section are final sale.

New Merchandise (1st Round Equestrian)

1st Round Equestrian will gladly return merchandise for a full refund of the purchase price in the original form of payment less shipping charges. Merchandise must be returned brand new and unused within 7 days with all original packaging and tags.

• All returns should be in NEW and UNUSED condition. This includes all original packaging and tags. Failure to do so could result in a partial refund or a store credit.

• For your protection, it is recommended that the return package be insured.

• Clearance & Sale Items, horse care products including supplements & horse treats are a final sale

• Returned merchandise is processed within a 1-3 business days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping.

• Your return will be processed within 1-3 business days after receipt of the return. Please note that some banks can take up to 10 days to process the refund to your card.
