The Navy Élégance Breeches feature a row of rhinestones on the waistband and along the front and back pockets. A little Penelope horse, also in rhinestones, sits in the middle of the left thigh. These comfortable stretch breeches have non-slip reinforcements on the inside of the knees and a slightly high, close-fitting waist.
